On July 21st, the Legal Tech Colab (LTC) – in partnership with FIDES Technology – hosted an inspiring afternoon dedicated to women shaping the future of the legal industry through technology.
The event, titled “Women in Law Tech – Empowering Women in Legal Tech & Entrepreneurship,” brought together 30 guests – including students, founders, lawyers, technologists, and professionals – all eager to explore how innovation and legal expertise can go hand in hand.

An Afternoon Full of Energy and Insights
We were warmly welcomed at the Dentons office in Munich, located in the heart of the city and featuring an amazing terrace with a beautiful view of Munich’s skyline — the perfect setting for inspiration and exchange.
After the opening remarks from Priscila Rios & Ingrid Caracas (Legal Tech Colab), Charlotte Falk (Partnership Manager at FIDES) kicked off the program with insights on collaboration and the importance of female voices in the legal tech ecosystem. The speaker with Katja Nikolaus (Chief Business Development Officer at JUNE), Anna Spitznagel (Co-Founder of trail), and Anna Hüttl (Co-Founder & COO of Rightflow) – each presenting her personal and professional journey into Legal Tech. Their stories highlighted not only the diverse paths into entrepreneurship but also the courage and creativity it takes to build solutions that transform legal workflows.

We were especially proud to welcome trail and Rightflow on stage – both startup members of the Legal Tech Colab – who represent the innovative spirit and community-driven mindset that LTC stands for.

From Inspiration to Connection
As the afternoon turned into evening, guests gathered on the terrace to continue conversations over snacks, drinks, and a lively networking session. The open, empowering atmosphere encouraged exchange between founders, legal professionals, and tech enthusiasts – from students taking their first steps into Legal Tech to experienced entrepreneurs.

A Community Growing Together
Beyond inspiration and networking, this event also underlined the importance of creating space for women to shape the future of Legal Tech as founders and leaders. Building a stronger female community in this field means encouraging bold ideas, supporting entrepreneurial ambitions, and ensuring that innovation reflects the diversity of those it serves.
